In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By creating an aoe6mm account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms and Conditions in full, along with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents together form the complete legal agreement between you and aoe6mm.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account, access the Platform, or place any wager. Continued use of the aoe6mm Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

3. Eligibility

To use the aoe6mm Platform and place real-money wagers, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This minimum age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR for all licensed Philippine online gambling platforms and is strictly enforced.
2. You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of access and wagering. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is a violation of these Terms.
3. You are registering and using the Platform in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
4. You have not been self-excluded from aoe6mm or any other PAGCOR-licensed gambling platform under an active self-exclusion order.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of aoe6mm or any of its third-party game providers, payment processors, or affiliated entities.
6. You have the full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 One Account per Person

Each player may register and maintain only one active aoe6mm account. Multiple accounts registered to the same person, household, device, or payment method constitute a violation of these Terms. aoe6mm reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

4.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your aoe6mm account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, current Philippine address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times. aoe6mm is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aoe6mm login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any action taken on the aoe6mm Platform using your account credentials is deemed to have been performed by you and is your responsibility, unless you have notified aoe6mm of a security breach without undue delay.

Upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, you must notify aoe6mm immediately via the live support channels or by email to [email protected].

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

aoe6mm is required by Philippine anti-money laundering legislation (Republic Act 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR licensing conditions to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide requested KYC documentation, which may include a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Passport, Driver's Licence), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where applicable. Refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Currency

All transactions on the aoe6mm Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No foreign currency conversions are performed or charged by aoe6mm; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own exchange or transaction fees.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

aoe6mm accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT, and Bitcoin. Payment methods available to you may vary based on your location, account verification status, and applicable limits.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your aoe6mm Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon cleared funds being received by aoe6mm's designated receiving account. aoe6mm does not accept deposits from third parties – you may only fund your account using payment methods registered in your own name.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC completion. Standard GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are processed within 5 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 banking days. aoe6mm reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds.

5.5 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Transaction limits apply to deposits and withdrawals on the aoe6mm Platform. Current minimum and maximum limits for each payment method are displayed in the Wallet section of your account. These limits may be adjusted at aoe6mm's discretion and may differ by account verification tier.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

Bets are placed and confirmed in real time through the aoe6mm Platform interface. Once a bet is confirmed by the system, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or withdrawn regardless of any subsequent change in circumstances, except where a specific game rule expressly permits bet cancellation. Placing a bet constitutes your binding instruction to wager the specified amount on the specified outcome.

6.2 Insufficient Funds

If your Wallet balance is insufficient to cover a wager at the time of placement, the bet will be rejected. aoe6mm does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

6.3 Disconnection and Technical Errors

In the event of a network disconnection occurring after a bet has been confirmed by the aoe6mm system, the bet stands and will be settled according to the applicable game rules. aoe6mm maintains server-side bet records that are the authoritative record of all wager placements and outcomes. Where a verified platform-side technical error affects a game outcome, aoe6mm reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's Wallet.

6.4 Obvious Errors

aoe6mm reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of an obvious error in odds, game configuration, or system data – including typographical errors, data feed failures, or software malfunctions – regardless of whether the bet was placed or accepted in good faith. Winnings derived from obvious errors will not be paid and any such amounts credited in error will be reclaimed.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

aoe6mm offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published with each promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 or over who have completed the account registration process.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and must be met within the stated validity period.
• aoe6mm reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are for personal use only. Any attempt to use bonuses in a commercial or syndicated manner, or to exploit bonus terms through coordinated play, constitutes abuse and will result in bonus cancellation and potential account suspension.
• Where aoe6mm has reasonable grounds to believe that a player registered specifically to abuse a promotional offer, it reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings and close the account.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aoe6mm Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, bet voiding, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain any advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, exploit bonuses, or launder funds through the Platform.
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to circumventing bonus restrictions, avoiding withdrawal limits, or evading account suspensions.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate, reselling access, or operating third-party wagering services.
• Any conduct that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity under Philippine law.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing aoe6mm staff, agents, or other players.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Platform's systems, databases, or infrastructure.

9. Responsible Gaming

aoe6mm is committed to promoting responsible gambling and is required by its PAGCOR license to implement and maintain responsible gaming tools for all players. The following tools are available directly from within your aoe6mm account settings without requiring support contact:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your aoe6mm Wallet.
• Session Time Reminders: Set automated notifications at defined intervals to remind you of the time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a specified period ranging from 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the aoe6mm Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up reminders showing your current session duration and net win or loss position.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the aoe6mm Platform, including but not limited to the aoe6mm name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data, is the intellectual property of aoe6mm or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display, perform, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the aoe6mm Platform without the prior written consent of aoe6mm. Any unauthorised use of aoe6mm's intellectual property may result in account termination and civil or criminal liability under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aoe6mm's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount wagered by you in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

aoe6mm shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from network or internet service interruptions beyond aoe6mm's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss of any nature.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by aoe6mm's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine law.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

aoe6mm collects, processes, and stores personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173). By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your aoe6mm account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any remaining Wallet balance above the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method after all pending KYC verifications are completed and any active bonus wagering requirements are assessed.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by aoe6mm

aoe6mm reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any game-specific rules.
• aoe6mm has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or other unlawful activity.
• You are found to have registered while below the minimum age of 21 years.
• You are found to be located in a prohibited jurisdiction.
• A regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement direction requires such action.
• aoe6mm ceases to operate the Platform or withdraws from the Philippine market.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by you, aoe6mm reserves the right to forfeit any remaining Wallet balance and cancel all pending transactions.

14. Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute or complaint regarding any aspect of the aoe6mm Platform, you should contact our support team in the first instance via the live chat function or by email at [email protected]. aoe6mm aims to acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days.

If you are not satisfied with aoe6mm's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory complaint procedures. aoe6mm cooperates fully with PAGCOR in the investigation and resolution of escalated player complaints and accepts PAGCOR's regulatory determinations as binding.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the PAGCOR Charter (Presidential Decree 1869, as amended), the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act 9160, as amended), and the Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173).

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the aoe6mm complaints process or through PAGCOR's regulatory channels shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

16. Amendments to These Terms

aoe6mm reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case the amended Terms take immediate effect.

Continued use of the aoe6mm Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your account before the effective date.
